18th C Chinese Porcelain Famille Rose Tureen stock #L8J2tureen

Circa 1750. A very beautiful and petite vegetable tureen. This is just gorgeous, with bright colors and well painted florals, all of which is beautifully intact. The only damage is the one handle has been re-stuck. The other details to mention is very minor frits along the outer edge of the lid, which is a common production fault with Chinese porcelain in the first couple decades of the 18th century, other than that this tureen is in excellent shape. 9 inches from handle to handle, 5 1/2 inches wide, 3 inches deep. |
