Pair of Antique Staffordshire Girl Riding Goat Figurine, Circa 1830 stock #BNJstafPrGir
Pair of early 19th century Staffordshire mirror image figurines of a girl riding a goat. The coloring is excellent featuring vibrant cobalt blue coats. There is with some crazing which is good. There is a section of the "spaghetti" on one goat's tail that is missing and it appears to be a manufacturing flaw, see 2nd photo. There is also a very small chip or flaw to the hem of one skirt. Considered to be in in excellent antique condition, all the afore mentioned lends to the authenticity of the figurines. Each measures 5.75" high by 4.75" across. Circa 1830
