Set of 8 Chinese porcelain plates, each decorated in Kangxi style with a peacock standing in a landscape with its tail fanned out and encircled by an elaborate band with fan and lozenge shaped vignettes of blossoming and fruiting sprigs within diaper bands. All in excellent antique condition with very little wear to the enamels. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines. Measure 8.5" diameter x 1 high. |
