An ornately carved coquilla nut snuffbox depicting a horse with cart in a field of apple trees on one side and high scrolling details on sides, with brass hinge and deep varied caramel patina of age and handling. In excellent condition with no signs of breaks or restorations. Dates about 1820. Great item for a treen collection. Measures 3.75ʺ long × 1.75ʺwide × 1ʺ high
