Vintage White Green Lavender Jade Jadite Chinese Fish Carving stock #JHjadeKoi
An eye catching multi-colored jade carving of a koi fish leaping from the water amongst a grouping of lotus plants. The fish, lotus buds, seed pods, stalks and large open flower heads have excellent polish throughout, even in the hard-to-reach areas. The jade stone consists of very attractive colors such as shades of lavenders and light blushes, white, emerald green, apple green with a few tiny areas of russet and then several fine green lines in the koi's body. Circa 1960-70’s China. Measures 7.25” on stand. Without stand height is 5.75”
