Very fine hand painted English Battersea enamel patch box, circa 1750. Measures 1.75" diameter x 1 inch high.
Late 18th Century Bilston English enamel snuff box with dolphin on the hinged lid. Small spays of flowers adorn the sides. Measures 1.75" diameter x 1.25" high. Very good to excellent antique condition having a small chip to the bottom and some minor, but normal, wear to the base.
Imperial Russian black lacquered papier mache tea caddy with a hand painted troika scene on the lid. Dates circa 1850 and probably Vishniakov Factory, but unmarked. In very good condition commensurate with age with one small chip to back corner, it measures 4ʺ wide × 3.25ʺ deep × 2.5ʺ high.
A large, framed land indenture document between John Bailey and Peter Wallace for a parcel on North Street, Alexander Square, England, for the term of 80 years. Dated January 19, 1829, this beautifully handwritten document was written in lengthy detail with the map of the parcel included on the document. A square seal from the government is attached at the top and 3 wax seals are at the bottom with signatures. Document sight size measures 27” x 22”. Frame measures 33” x 28.5”.
A rare and marvelous majolica jardinière made in France at Onnaing, circa 1870. This piece is modeled in high relief, decorated with fern leaves, twigs and a family of lions on each side. Each end is enhanced with a Moro (blackamoor) vase. There is a professional repair to two of the fern leaves near the rim, see the last image for a close-up. There are a couple of tiny, pinhead size, chips on one of the side vases...
Pair of American museum quality gilt bronze and brass Argand lamps by J & I Cox, New York. Featuring a classical design with highly detailed dolphins, paw feet, and acanthus leaves. Measures about 21.5 inches high. The arms extend out 7.5 inches. Needs globes for the arms, see last photo for an example. Circa 1825.
An ornately carved coquilla nut snuffbox depicting a horse with cart in a field of apple trees on one side and high scrolling details on sides, with brass hinge and deep varied caramel patina of age and handling. Circa 1890-1910, pair of red cinnabar lacquer lamped vases with shades. The vases feature expertly carved scholarly garden scenes on the front and back sides. Mounted as table lamps with pierced hardwood stands, hardwood neck blocks, along with all updated brass hardware and electrical, they are home ready.
A large and rare, early 19th C Gathering Basket from North Carolina of rectangle shape with 2 steamed and bent handles. In great condition, it is very tightly woven with a double wrapped rim. Basket is coated with cream colored paint, probably milk paint. Wood is unknown, possibly split oak. From the private collection of an appraiser of Early Americana. Measures 28" long, 16" wide, 12" high. Note: Basket depth measures 10", with handles 12".

The bottom has an embossed farming scene with the sides having various vignettes including a hunter and a shepherdess. A fine, circa 1700-1730, English walnut writing chest strung with boxwood and crossbanded. The three-drawer superstructure has a fold flap above two short and two long drawers on a molded plinth and small compressed bun feet. In excellent antique condition, it measures 36ʺ wide × 18.25ʺ deep × 35ʺ high.
