Sales Policy

Payment is due within 7 days of receiving your invoice. Late payments may incur a fee, and we reserve the right to cancel unpaid transactions.

U.S. Payments
$1,000 or less: PayPal, personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks.

$1,001 or more: Checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, or wire transfers (no PayPal).

Personal or business checks require a 12-day hold before release of merchandise.

Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

International Payments
$800 or less: PayPal or wire transfers.

$801 or more: Wire transfers or checks drawn on a U.S. bank.

Foreign checks or money orders are not accepted.

Guarantee & Returns
All items are guaranteed to be of the age or period stated (restoration excepted). A full refund of the purchase price will be issued if:

The item is returned within 10 days in the same condition as purchased.

The return includes the original receipt.

A written statement disputing authenticity is provided by

a museum curator of Asian arts, or

an ASA or ISA accredited appraiser.

Damage such as undisclosed cracks or fractures must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier, as these issues occur during transit.
